Parents/guardians, please complete the Family File emergency information. Parents must verify or update information for each child, each school year. Once logged in, you will be asked to update or provide the following information:
- Student Information
- Parent/Guardian Contact
- Emergency Contacts
- Medical Information
- Arrival/Dismissal Procedures
- Media Coverage
- Data Confidentiality
- PTA Directory
Families that update and complete their Family File will be able to view teacher assignments prior to the start of school. In addition, having this information is critical to us as soon as the first day of school.
