Dear DMS Families,We recognize when the students departed on March 13th several left personal items in the building. Within the next week, we will be providing additional guidance and opportunities for parents/guardians to pick-up or return critical items at the school. Unfortunately, we will not be able to grant students and families with access to the building. However, the DMS team will work to retrieve critical items for you to pick up outside of DMS. Information on the specific date and time will be forthcoming.
The DMS team is requesting your assistance with the planning process. We need our families who have critical items to pick up or return to please complete the following survey by Wednesday, June 3. Returns are only required for students that will not be returning to any HCPSS school in the 2020-21 school year.
Once we have received all requests, we will finalize our plan and communicate it with our community. As of now, we do not have a plan to collect items from students who are returning to DMS (library books, borrowed Chromebooks, textbooks, etc.).
As our planning proceeds, we will notify you of specific details for drop off and collection of materials. Remember to complete the link above by Wednesday, June 3, 2020.
